About the Program

The Student Resolutionist empowers students to solve conflicts peacefully through peer mediation. Trained Resolutionists help their classmates find common ground and create lasting agreements.

How It Works

1. Students or teachers request mediation.
2. Resolutionists meet with both sides in a safe space.
3. Each student shares their story.
4. Together, they brainstorm and agree on solutions.

Why It Matters

• Reduces fights, bullying, and suspensions.
• Builds listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strengthens the entire school community.
